Oasis at Margate recognizes the importance of family, friends, and loved ones in supporting the emotional and social well-being of our residents. In accordance with Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) guidelines, residents have the right to receive visitors of their choosing.
Visitors are welcome at reasonable hours and may visit residents in their private living areas or designated common spaces, provided such visits do not interfere with the rights, privacy, or care of other residents. All visitors are asked to sign in upon arrival and follow community guidelines to help maintain a safe and respectful environment.
To promote health and safety, visitors are encouraged to practice proper hygiene and refrain from visiting if they are experiencing symptoms of illness. Oasis at Margate may implement temporary visitation adjustments when necessary to protect resident health, in accordance with state and federal guidance.
Reasonable access to visitors shall not be restricted, limited, or conditioned unless required for documented health, safety, or welfare reasons. Our staff is available to assist residents and visitors and to address any visitation-related questions or concerns.
Oasis at Margate is committed to balancing resident rights with community safety while maintaining a welcoming, supportive atmosphere for residents and their guests.
